Informal and family-friendly services

Many of our services have an informal approach to worship – some lively and some more relaxed. You may find these services more suitable if you’re bringing your children to church.

Click on the headings below to find out more.

Café church

As the name suggests, Café church is less like a typical church service and more like having an informal meeting in a café.

It’s on the first Sunday of every month.

Worship for All

Worship for All is a time of praise with modern hymns and songs of worship.

There is a different ‘theme’ or message each time, which is chosen by the member of the church who’s leading it.

Family service

The Family Service is as it says: a church service to appeal to and involve the whole family – the young and not-quite-so-young!

It lasts about 40 minutes, and there are prayers, readings and a variety of popular hymns and songs.
