An Announcement from the Bishop
The Bishop of Worcester is pleased to announce the appointment of The Revd Allison Davies as vicar of the Benefice of Eckington and Defford cum Besford with Overbury.
Allison is currently Assistant Curate in the Benefice of Redditch, Holy Trinity with Tardebigge in this Diocese. She is married to Bob, who is retired and they have a daughter Megan who is a student at the University of Aberystwyth, and three older children who live away from home; Caroline, Alison and Robert.
Prior to ordination, Allison worked in senior roles in human Resources at Stratford on Avon District and Birmingham City Council, and most recently in a Wholly Owned Company in Birmingham.
