Hi, I’m Harvey, I enjoy attending Café Church with my Wife Kelly and 2 young daughters Willow and Paisley.
I work within IT, primarily as a database developer, for a local established company and have previously worked in the financial sector for a well-known banking group.
I love spending time with my family, helping and watching my daughters enjoy the world around them. My hobbies and interests are gardening, nature, history and football.

Curate in charge and Chair
I am the lay minister to the parish and principal preacher at Café Church. My passion is to minster to and encourage those with a questioning faith or are yet to know Christ. However, I enjoy any form of worship that glorifies God, whether that be in a congregation or our daily lives.

Now retired from a working life in sales & marketing and over 30 years in training and consultancy in management, sales and customer care, I am enjoying doing more of what I want to do, and that sometimes might be nothing. I still enjoy singing in the Tarantara Choir and a lingering passion for golf. My faith and spiritual life is very important to me and I enjoy leading worship for all ages, but perhaps the most special to me is the ministry of the chalice.

I retired after 42 and a half years in the NHS. I like travelling to foreign parts especially for wildlife and to understand a little of that country’s culture. Linked to this is my new hobby of photography. When not travelling I walk my poodle who is incapable of staying still. I volunteer with Onside, Age UK and Bumps Babes and Toddlers at St Philip’s. I am the Pastoral care co-ordinator for St Bartholomew’s and St Philip’s
